Order of the day:
 
9:30 AM – Arrival and Welcome
• Guests arrive and settle in.
• Light refreshments available (herbal teas, fruit-infused water, healthy snacks).
• Brief introduction to the day’s theme: Renew and Rebalance.
 
10:00 AM – Energising Pilates Session
• A dynamic yet grounding Pilates session to awaken the body and connect with the breath.
• Focus on alignment, core strength, and mindful movement.
 
11:15 AM – Wellbeing Talk & Guided Meditation
• Topic: Aligning Mind, Body, and Spirit for Renewal and Balance.
• Includes a gentle meditation to set intentions for the day and create inner calm.
 
12:00 PM – Nourishing Lunch
 
1:00 PM – Nature Walk or Creative Wellbeing Activity or simply a rest
• Option 1: A mindful walk in nature (weather permitting), focusing on grounding and reconnecting with the earth.
• Option 2: An indoor creative wellbeing activity, such as mindful journaling, vision board creation, or mindful coloring.
 
2:00 PM – Rebalancing Yoga Practice
• A rejuvenating Yang to Yin yoga session combining gentle flows, restorative postures, and breathwork.
• Emphasis on releasing tension and restoring harmony to the body and mind.
 
4:00 PM – Sound Healing Bath
• Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of a sound healing bath.
• Allow the sounds to cleanse the mind and bring deep relaxation.
 
5:15 PM – Closing Circle
• Reflect on the day’s experiences and share intentions for moving forward. • Gratitude practice and farewell.
 
This day ensures a perfect balance of physical movement, relaxation, and introspection, leaving you renewed and rebalanced.

• If you need to cancel your booking, please note that cancellations made before 1 Jan will receive a 50% refund.
• Unfortunately, I am unable to offer any refunds for cancellations made after this date(and if cancelled the the retreat in whole has to be paid).

Wellbeing Talk & Guided Meditation

Vegetarian Buffet Style Lunch

Savor a delicious, carefully prepared vegetarian lunch, designed to nourish and delight.

1:00-3:00 PM:

Macrame Art Workshop

 Engage your creativity with a hands-on macrame art workshop, a perfect way to embody the theme of growth and connection.

3:00-4:00 PM:

Creative Yoga Flow

 Spring Themed – Explore a special spring-themed yoga flow, designed to align with the season’s energy of renewal and blossoming.

4:30 PM:

Sound Healing and Gong Bath

Led by Sam Tinton from Balanced Body & Mind, immerse yourself in the transformative experience of sound healing and a gong bath, inviting deep relaxation and harmony.

5:30 PM:

Closing with Refreshments/Biscuits

Enjoy a moment of pause with light refreshments and biscuits, reflecting on the day’s experiences. We’ll gather one last time to close our day with gratitude, sharing our experiences and the connections we’ve made.
